People behind the world’s most creative work are beginning to put their heads in a cloud. With the launch this year of Adobe’s Creative Cloud and Creative Suite 6, designers and others will work more effectively and collaboratively than ever.
The result will be better work being produced more quickly by more people.
The Creative Cloud is a subscription service that combines access to downloadable software with online file sharing, file storage, software updates, collaboration features, and discussion boards that will help communications professionals make the most of their time and talent.
The latest versions of all of Adobe’s gold-standard software titles are downloadable from the Creative Cloud. These include Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and others. Everything needed to design direct mail pieces, email campaigns, publications, websites, targeted minisites, video, and more is in the Cloud.
Sacramento’s Eagle Press presented a half-day workshop this week where attendees got to take a tour of the Creative Cloud and the brand new version–Creative Suite 6–of the most popular software titles. It was very informative rather than being hard-sell. Great job, Eagle! Thank you!
